Tier 1 · Watch
Continuous monitoring of conformance and drift, with alerting and a named escalation path — you keep the controls.
Tier 2 · Operate
We run the gates, maintain the ledger, and act on drift within agreed envelopes — co-owned operations.
Tier 3 · Sustain
Full managed operation of the governed estate to the evidence bar, with the same attestation you would hold yourself.

No tier relaxes a gate — managed operation means the gates are kept, not bypassed for speed.
The ledger, maintained
Evidence keeps being written, hash-chained, and verifiable — continuity of proof across the hand-off.
Drift, acted on
The Conformance Score is not just watched but worked — at-risk signals get remediation, not just a dashboard.
Certification surveillance
In Mode A we carry the conformance signal that drives certificate status across its full lifecycle — Green, Watch, At-Risk, Suspended, Withdrawn — and track any open 90-day conditions to closure. In Mode B (the annual bridge) we coordinate the appraisal cadence. Certification architecture →
Mode A is the native managed-ops mode — continuously attested, no annual snapshot. Mode B is available for organisations not yet running the full runtime; it is the heavier path, stated honestly.

The sustain rhythm — v5.5.1.
Certificate heartbeat
A lightweight pulse keeps the certificate honest between appraisals — quarterly for Foundation Public and Standard, monthly for Extended Assurance and Optimised. A missed heartbeat moves the status before anyone asks.
Runtime surveillance
Lane S every 12 months, Lane X every 6, full recertification every 24 — and out-of-cycle within 60 days on any material change: a new country, vendor, model or high-impact use.
Incident review, carried forward
Every AI incident is captured in the runtime register with computed impact, risk and corrective actions. Open items carry into the next monthly or quarterly review until closure evidence is accepted — an open high-severity incident moves the certificate At-Risk.
Conditions, to the day
Certificates issued with open 90-day conditions are tracked to closure — overdue moves At-Risk, unresolved 30 days later Suspended. We hold the clock so you do not miss it.
Miss the drill, leave a corrective action overdue, or let a condition lapse — the status moves on the evidence, not on a complaint. That is what “the bar never changes” means in v5.5.1.
