For “certified” to mean something, the standard is governed independently: a Standards Board, a published specification, a calibrated assessor model — and Binnovy holding its own Certificate AIIX-C-0001.
The operating standards & Advisory Board.
The operating standards & Advisory Board. A small council — Binnovy architecture leadership plus credible external members (academic, former regulator, practicing CIO) — owns the specification, approves MAJOR changes, ratifies certification criteria, and hears appeals.
Founding composition & seating (5.3). The Standards Board SHALL be seated with three to five members, including at least one independent external member, with its charter published, before organization certificates beyond AIIX-C-0001 are issued. Pack maintenance carries named owners from seating day one.

Certificate AIIX-C-0001 MAY be issued once via Board-witnessed self-appraisal with the full A-21 published; it SHALL carry the founding annotation and SHALL be re-appraised by the first licensed external assessor within twelve months of licensing; this clause expires upon use
Binnovy is the reference implementation: we run our own AI management system on AIIX Intelligence Runtime and hold AIIX-C-0001 under the Founding Appraisal Provision — Board-witnessed, full A-21 published, re-appraised by the first licensed external assessor within twelve months. AIIX-R-910.
ISO/IEC 42001.
Binnovy’s own certification (4.3). Binnovy maintains ISO/IEC 42001 certification for its own AI management system, operated on AIIX Intelligence Runtime — the standing demonstration that implementing the standard produces, as a by-product, everything the international floor requires.
The founding Board is being seated ahead of first issuance. Live certification surfaces — verification and the registers — activate once the Board is seated and AIIX-C-0001 is issued.
