Most companies post values they aspire to. Ours are operational — they are literally compiled into our products as gates and controls. The principle "no value claim without proof" is not a poster in our office; it is a runtime check that blocks an unproven claim from being counted.
That alignment between what we say and what we ship is the point. A value you cannot enforce is a preference. A value built into the architecture is a commitment. We chose to make ours commitments.
