What we believe.
Intelligence must run
Strategy decks and pilots do not transform a business. A governed runtime that operates decisions, every day, does.
Governed by default
Governance is not a brake bolted on late — it is the road. Gates, tiers, and a ledger are how intelligence is allowed to move fast safely.
Sovereign by construction
Intelligence should run on cloud the organization controls — residency to air-gap — with the score never forking by jurisdiction.

Why now.
The first wave of enterprise AI bought tools and ran pilots. Most stalled — not for lack of models, but for lack of an operating model: no gates, no accountable owners, no evidence, no way to know if the intelligence was conformant or even paying for itself. Binnovy exists to close that gap, and AIIX Intelligence Runtime exists to run it. We hold our own founding certificate, AIIX-C-0001, because the first organization any standard should bind is its author.
